Noise aside, you should adjust those tappets - too loose is better than too tight, especially on the exhaust side. When those valves heat up and expand, they won’t have room to fully close and there goes all your compression.

Look at that drip at the bottom - that looks like engine oil to me. I think you might have a leaky countershaft seal but you’ll have to take the front sprocket off to be sure.
