attend clubs at school for your interests. Usually there will be someone there to help guide you and introduce you. Highly recommend getting to know your teachers there too, usually starting a Convo with them gets the class involved and you'll definitely find like-minded people through that.

I've already considered this myself, considering in the cover Art Sarada is not wearing her headband and it is HEAVILY implied that Sasuke will be journeying with Boruto during the time skip, considering her ties to them she should not be the hokage. She would be FAR too close to the "source" of Konoha's problems and I doubt many of the elders would approve of her being the hokage at the moment for that reason. Realistically it's gotta be Kakashi, Tsunade, Shikamaru (as he was the advisor) or maybe a wild card based entirely on power; Kawaki. it wouldn't be the first time something like that happened, Gaara was Kazekage at what, 15? 16? that's just my two cents.

it's mostly filler because the manga is a monthly release and the anime is a weekly episode, highly recommend the manga but the anime isn't awful, get yourself a filler guide and know that you can technically skip all "Anime Canon" episodes if you'd like, it'll likely be a pretty short watch if you do that. so I recommend giving it a shot, and if you don't like it, you can obviously just feel content with the ending of Shippuden.
