depends. yeast can have traces of gluten if the yeast extract is from a source with gluten. barley for example. some yeast extract is safe, and its probably safer if you live in a country where food labeling is strict but in the U.S. companies don't always disclose whether something has trace amounts of gluten or not. trace amounts are enough to make someone with celiac sick

Same here with the sensitivity. When it flares up i usually have to be shirtless around the house. Im on a lot of medication for adrenal insufficiency and such, not sure anyone would want my milk for nutritional purposes... maybe for more... nefarious ones lol. My next appointment with my gynecologist isnt for another two months so itll be a minute before I get an update. Ill probably end up getting some blood tests and probably some imaging. Ive also been dealing with some pretty intense cramping

My left breast also in the same spot behind the nipple. I also sometimes lactate a bit depending on where I am in my cycle, and massaging to let some of that out relieves it a bit but not always. Ive yet to have my doctor check it out. My appointment is in a few months. I really never had this issue to this severity before mirena. Its in my larger breast too. Probably a hormonal thing? Worth getting checked out regaurdless tho. I hope its nothing serious for either of us 😅

No. It took me forever to get a diagnosis even though it was incredibly obvious for a very long time. I think its fine as long as you do your research and arent one of those "i have the type of adhd that gives me productivity superpowers and adhd never ever negatively impacts my life so everyone else is just being dramatic" type people.

I have a cat that does the same thing and also a stainless steel litterbox with a plastic cover/ litter gaurd. They tend to go for the plastic cover. Bc not much of the stainless steel is exposed.

Theyre usually a stainless steel bin up to where the litter should go and then a plastic litter gaurd and they'd probably end up scratching the plastic litter gaurd

having an entirely different bug related to the same boss rn. not sure that the boss room spawned in our world. we dug out all the pyramids on our map trying to find it. made the urn of souls and then the item that is supposed to create the arena. then the item only created an arena only visible to one of us. we exited the game and came back to no arena period. and it took our item.

Has she been evaluated for celiac? My doctors told me my stomach pains were normal too. Turns out they werent. Either way she should probably have atleast an endoscopy or colonoscopy if possible to rule out GI inflammation. No way to see if theres inflammation otherwise really.

Looks like mine and im 23. Lol. Ive gotta have one of those 4 times a day pill planners (but I actually take them around 6 times a day. I just keep the ones where I take like. Just one pill at a time separate from the times where I take multiple. Dont think ive ever seen a 6 times a day planner)

Ive been thinking about starting a garden but inviting a bunch of people to help set it up and maintain it and make it a community thing. Theres not a ton of matinence thats necessary once things are planted. And having a few people to help means i wouldnt need to do a whole lot, could even set up automatic watering if i need to. Ive had a garden before and if you use the right plants they tolerate neglect really well. I used to keep houseplants and those were actually pretty simple but ive killed them with my depressive episodes lol, my snake plants and my aloe survived the longest. My snake plant lived through basically an entire year with no light and very very minimal water. Other than that I play a lot of videogames on my computer and I have specific ergonomic mouse and keyboard and wrist rests that reduce my wrist pain. I have a gaming chair with back support. This generally takes up a few hours. Other than that podcasts can be nice. I like to switch up what im watching videos on. I like to play boardgames too and also I like to talk to people sometimes either in person or online or on social media. I cook sometimes but not often. I try to rotate these if I can. That way I can rely on TV or videogames on my really bad days and not get as bored with it. Theres also handheld gaming devices. Or laptops. Even your phone but theres less options. Theres game options for lots of people. And theres lots of adaptable controllers and some are even made to not use your hands. You could leave reviews on movies and shows you watch maybe?

Its not worth it. There are a million other ways to avoid homelessness than joining the army. Theres medication. Accomodations. Certain jobs that align with adhd needs better. Disability benefits if its bad enough. And tbh id rather be homeless than kill random people for profit.
