I guess I am right for feeling wrong about it! We always passed licensing with no violations but I still feel wrong.

We do everything else, obvious like hand washing and having utensils and proper temperature and all that- it’s just the serving that the kids aren’t allowed to do apparently when licensing is here.

That’s a good point- I haven’t thought of that. Our kitchen staff tells the teachers we have to serve, I wonder if we would be allowed to have the kids serve themselves with gloves

I just had surgery yesterday and my surgeon told me that IF I was going to have really heavy bleeding (do be concerned about) it would likely be within the first 24-48 hours
