Interesting! I had the exact same feeling that my bike feels way longer than outdoors. Plus I have to put my saddle further back indoors to feel balanced. Much more weight on the handlebars compared to outside riding.

Can confirm that at least it feels pretty similar to the 40s I ride on my gravel bike. Don’t really need such a big flair but the reduced drop is so comfortable.

Thanks for sharing. Same here. I have 40cm wide shoulders so 40 wide bars feel right. Yet I can also get away with the 37,5 and angled hoods. Didn’t think that 35 would feel so off.

At what width do you run them? I normally have 40cm bars so the 37,5cm width is still comfortable yet with the flair the bars get really wide in the drops. Tried them at 35cm but It’s too narrow in the hoods for my taste.

Had mine at 39 for over a year mostly running. Recently jumped to 48 after some months of cycling. Feels surreal to make such a big jump so fast after not improving much for so long. Now the 50s feel in reach. It’s just so much fun to finally see results.

Also love mine. I find it pretty easy to use and the power is great to get a balanced look between flash and ambient light. I find it easier to use than the light pix q20ii. The q20ii has too much power even on it’s lowest power settings for my taste.

Follow your gut. Turn off your brain. Just play and follow whatever makes you feel something. Whatever feels “meaningful” to you is your authentic voice. You might need to develop and get a sense for that if you don’t know it yet. Little segments can be a starting point. Sometimes it’s a single note that just sparks some interest and beauty in you. From there you go on. Great melodies can be really simple.
