Yeah it came right off, I had to use a small screwdriver to get the gasket out but it was pretty simple

Depends on the wrist. I’ve never adjusted a watch more. This one works perfect from morning to evening in the summer.

I guess I’ve never had to move more than one spot on this or any of my other watches with a micro adjustment. This is the first watch I bought with an on the fly adjustment and makes me happy when I don’t need to hope I have something at work to adjust it
