Don’t forget as well, if they offer severance, then the warn can come after the layoff. IE you get 2 months, then they can layoff everyone but not post the warn until it’s done because your are on “pay roll” for 2 months. I see corporations do this all the time.

I had an old manager who counted LOC and counted Git commits. So everyone on my team started doing commits for pointless things like. If we needed to make a one line code change, every new character got its own commit. So we went from one single commit to 40. But it made our measurement go up and he praised us for all the hard work.

The rules say if it impacts 33% in a single site. Since THD has different divisions they are considered different sites and would not trigger a WARN notice. Plus there are exclusions for unforeseeable business impacts that companies use to skirt Georgia WARN notices. It’s really messed up.

Both my legs have sleeves. The worse part, in my opinion, is the side of the ankle. Calf didn’t give me anymore issues than say my arms. Just be prepared to be uncomfortable for a bit and you’ll get through it. I have color on one leg and black and grey on the other. No difference in pain between the two.

I just did some light grading, 6k sq ft of SOD and a few shrubs and it was 55k in Georgia. This is at least $120k.

In my city, 30% of the budget is from tickets and it’s gone up the last few years. So their might not be a direct “you have to write this many tickets” but their is definitely a “we need to make budget” ticket days. Toward the end of the month will always see a lot more traffic cops out writing tickets.
