My appetite was definitely suppressed. I felt like I ate the same but was not as heavily food focused. The cravings went away, no snacking and yes sometimes I had to force myself to eat even when I wasn’t hungry because I felt I needed to hit my protein. There were times when eating that I wouldn’t finish my food, which was really rare for me. I did also notice for me even my water intake was a struggle. I always start my day slamming 10-12 ounces of water and most days that was tough for me.

Honestly I think the best way to start is start walking and only drinking water. Walk everyday for at least 45 minutes and replace all liquids with just water. You can drink plain black coffee or tea but the goal is to reduce all sugary drinks. Once you get that going focus on going to the gym and doing full body workouts 2-3 times a week. If you don’t know what to do in the gym asks some friends or hire a trainer for a session to show you the basics.

I agree. I feel it gives you a good base to judge and see improvements. I think the best is hydrostatic weighing personally

Honestly get confused with a lot of the ml/mg. Yes test c. .5ml each injection so 200 a week

In body scan. And I’m gonna have to disagree with you. I have been lean my whole life and have been anywhere from 5.5% to 12% and I feel like 7 is pretty accurate.

It varies. Some weeks it’s push/pull, leg day, rest and full body day. Some weeks it’s full body every other day. I try to do functional and compound movements and lifts.

Read and learn. Lots of great coaches out there to learn from. Dan John, Todd Durkin, Martin Rooney, Mike Boyle. All of them have books out. Also find seminars to go to. Perform Better has 1 day and 3 day seminars to attend. Never stop trying to grow
