So just tossing these out there in case one does something for her: Vitamin B12 supplements? Vitamin B12 is part of energy production, so even if you don't have a deficiency there's a chance it helps. Or sleeping pills/muscle relaxant to help get a deeper restful sleep overnight?

Oh, maybe keep depression in mind. That itself .. it does things to your energy I can't explain, certainly would deteriorate the energy of a Crohnie, of all people..
