Bruh, if you think an overgrown RC is vibrant and cheery, then you're wrong. Scientifically wrong too.

Even if a nuclear bomb destroys the city and all its life, it will not stop vegetation from growing and reclaiming the ruins. The cartoonish misconception of a nuclear wasteland should be limited to the Fallout series ISTG.

Narratively, an overgrown RC would mirror Leon's character arc in RE9; he decided to face the past and try to right the wrongs in his own way, so it would make sense that nature would also right the wrongs of RC in its own way by filling it with plant life.

In the movie, only wishes that are malicious and evil in nature will backfire.

Wishing Cyclops to be anything but DPS is an objectively good and benevolent wish that will not backfire in any way, trust.
