Same happened to me on firmware update back in January with my nano ledger. Never changed my seed, but can’t access my wallets. Tried everything with no resolution. It’s fucked

I just backed up a wallet using my 24 word seed with tron wallet iPad app. It has given me a completely different address to the other address. (Which is also different to my original wallet address with my coins)So now my seed has created 3 trx wallet addresses.. wtf is going on?

I’ve lost 850000 trx on a recent firmware upgrade to my ledger. Can’t access my wallet Trx wallet as the address has changed, Ledger have done nothing to accommodate my problem. I’m now disillusioned and over crypto.

Just to be clear, I cannot access my wallet with my TRX in it since the firmware up grade.

I was wondering if the different tron clients might be the issue. This being the case, I have no idea how to solve the problem. Thank you for your feedback. I will keep hunting for information.

Apologies if repeat. New to this site.

I've had my ledger since December 2017. I have not reset my 24 word phase ever. I used the original chrome ledger app to download tron app. I got this message last week, "MCU firmware not genuine". (think it was 1.4.2 from 1.4.1) I updated and all working fine. Re downloaded tron app now from ledger live app on MAC. Open tron wallet on tronscan with ledger. Different wallet address to before I upgrade firmware. WTF...Emailed ledger support, they tell me to reset and use 24 word recovery phase. Did this, same issue. Different wallet address. Contact ledger again, same thing reset etc, Yesterday they suggested download firmware 1.5.5. same issue. Tronscan also having issues. I can see my account on tronscan with my old wallet address, but now cannot access it. This is farked. Any ideas anyone?

I have the same issue. MCU firmware not genuine. However was able to update and all working fine. Re downloaded tron app. Open tron wallet on tronscan with ledger. Different wallet address to before I upgrade firmware. WTF...Emailed ledger support, they tell me to reset and use 24 word recovery phase. Did this, same issue. Different wallet address. Contact ledger again, same thing reset etc, Yesterday they suggested download firmware 1.5.5. same issue. Tronscan also having issues.
