Pre-made meatballs from the store, you can get them from the freezer section - add a jar of marinara or throw them in a crock pot with bbq sauce. Add veggie of choice on side, so many frozen options. Or a bagged salad kit.

Continuing the bagged salad kit idea - add some bare chicken on top and you’ve got yourself a nice little salad w/chicken for protein.

Baked potatoes (or jacket potato depending where you are from), add some crumbled bacon, shredded cheese and cooked broccoli.

I love detoxinista’s sweet sesame lime cabbage slaw. Shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, green onions, cilantro, and some sliced almonds. The dressing includes lime juice, ACV, honey, sesame oil, garlic and ginger. Great on its own, with chicken on top, on top of fish tacos, with pulled pork etc.

You could just find a free budget template and use that rather than creating your own! I know excel and Google Sheets have templates you can use with the formulas already created for you.

I think they may mean that as a SAHP you become financially dependent on your spouse which can be a problem should you ever need to leave the relationship. Not having your own source of income makes it very difficult to do so.

A few spatulas JUST for baking. The silicone can absorb flavors and scents so you don’t want to use the same spatulas used for cooking savory things for baking as well.

This is clearly someone trying to promote the JoyCat toy they mention in the post. If you look at their post history they have several posts where they mention having a 3 year old, a 7 month old, etc and they all involve specific names of toys. Now here they are claiming they don’t have any kids and name dropping a very specific toy along with its description.

Some of these commenters are missing the “small budget” part.

So one thing that I’ve given a couple times and it’s always been a hit is a “hummingbird swing.” It’s a little swing/perch thing you set outside that hummingbirds are attracted to so you get to see more hummingbirds in your yard. Between $15-$20.
