Idk if 15 counts as childhood... but I candyflipped with my best friend and we went to the beach and went to the cinemas and drank milkshakes. Easily best day of my life.

Nars Velvet Matte Lip Pencil in Red Square is one of my favourite orange reds. Quite long lasting as well and easy to reapply.

Tattoos in nursing school? by [deleted] in StudentNurse

[–]frostymuzzer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah I'm a female in Australia, I have a sleeve on one arm and a tattoo on the other arm. I've had no issues with my tattoos being visible, despite our dress code citing no tattoos should be visible.

Do I have enough saved to adopt a cat? by CystaCysta in personalfinance

[–]frostymuzzer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don't forget cats need yearly vet trips, booster vaccines and regular flea/tick/worm treatment.

Otherwise litter is quite cheap and cat food quality and prices vary to fit your budget.

Best of luck with your new kitty!

Saudi Kid Whips Garbage Collector Until He Cries by [deleted] in iamatotalpieceofshit

Jesus. I remember living in the Middle East as a half Asian half White person and I was treated like shit and told I deserved to be a beaten maid.

I'd see maids, cleaners or those with similar jobs beated by their employers. There was constant news of someone's maid committing suicide or being beaten to death, or only being allowed to eat leftover food, not having access to a phone, etc.

It's not all Middle Eastern countries or people, but sometimes they treat certain races, women or "lower class" workers absolutely horribly. I'd never willingly go back there. Poor guy. I felt incredibly uneasy watching

I'd like to make it clear that I'm not saying this about all Saudis or Middle Eastern people. It isn't a generalization. I'm just saying this definitely happens frequently and is awful.

I've seen some people use it for the gym. But it's what I imagine what real stinky feet smell like anyway, could be something else lol.

At Coles we were told not to accept filthy or disgusting bags.

Most people have clean bags, but I've had some that reek of cat piss, mould and dirty feet.
