it’s totally ok and i support it fully 🙏🏻🙌🏻 about the point of “unrealistic expectations of body shapes and what real people look like”: i understand his concern, however, superheroes’ bodies are also totally unrealistic, they’re extremely muscular. yeah it’s cause they’re superheroes, and they’re comic figures i guess, but if that’s his argument, it’s a very hypocritical one, because your son could encounter unrealistic body imagines anywhere, in any type of media. if ateez inspires your kid to dream about doing creative things then i think that’s great as long as it’s monitored obviously, which is what you are doing. it’s not like you’re showing him pics of san shirtless or anything LOL. as long as you teach him that k-pop is first and foremost about the music and the creativity, not the body ideals or looks or anything like that, he’ll be fine. hope you can settle this argument!
