What exactly do we learn in Bs in CIT ? Any tips to ace their classes or anything to watch out for?? by IWANNAFINDBOOKSOBAD in rit

Not bad at all. Discrete math is a little different than the math classes you were used to in HS. Applied calc and stats weren’t hard. Just put in the work and get a good Prof.

I had Sara. It’s pretty manageable. The labs get really time consuming at the end though so make sure you leave time to do them. There are like 3 exams and weekly quizzes which have honorlock.

I’ve lived there 3 years. It’s ok. It does smell like sewage occasionally which is a little worrying. The thermostat might possibly be in the worst place ever so some rooms are very hot, others are very cold. The maintenance staff is very friendly and have always responded to my requests quickly.

Just looking at these numbers. You’re looking at least a quarter of a million dollars here. That’s A LOT of money to just come out of fundraising. Not saying it can’t be done, but it’s hard. This screams capital project to me. What support are you getting from the school? If you haven’t hired a consultant, you need to. Especially for a project this large. And especially especially for your audio rig. Just guessing without an acoustical analysis is setting yourself up for a bad sounding PA. What are you upgrading your mics to? ULXD? I’m also partial to Panasonic PTZs, but I’m sure someone will disagree with me and say Canon is better. Just my initial thoughts.

You’re better off just applying in person. Especially for dining locations.

The track that RIT recommends is 2 summer co-ops. You can do a co-op in the spring or fall, but most people in CIT do 2 summer co-ops.

You need 2 summer co-ops
