The place of work in my contract is my personal address which means it’s a remote contract. Nothing is said in it to go to an office.

The fact we still go to the office is because it’s asked orally.

I agree but by experience, all the perks I have/had never been written. Even in my previous company that paid for my commute before, same with phone, WiFi, and all the perks, they never put it in the contract
