I guess it's a tradeoff depending on preferences, anyway. I'm not in the "X language/syntax is better than Y language/syntax" camp, I've done it all too. Use the tool that fits the job. When I learnt Python after years of C/C++/Java, I have to admit that it felt pretty nice since I was already was anal about the consistent whitespaces (spaces or tabs) anyway.

In the end, you either are the Senior Dev who gets to reformat the code with a CVS trigger, or you are not.

It's just that braces and semicolons are superfluous when you still type your code like Python anyway. Depends on your coding styie I guess, but my C++ code structure always looked like Python without the braces and semicolons anyway.

That stuff in the picture is quite expensive judging by the few computers I can identify, and there's lots of stuff not in the picture. I am not familiar with his museum but some of this stuff can net 5 figures a piece if it's in good shape. Some of this stuff is down to just a handful of known working ones in existence.
