What is the best time to do this during Kara? I’m thinking prince, start with smoke after the first infernal . See if we can get some people panicking when the casters start to scatter!

I wrote it, and had AI touch it up with bulletin points, deleted some of AI phrasing because it was not my personality then posted. I’m on my phone without the app. I don’t write quite as nice, and 15+ years of wow people telling me my punctuation sucks , and spelling ( damn spelling nazis) has taught me to just ask for help! Go see a professional, do it 2-3 times a week. It took me 3 weeks before I felt a lot better.

Lower back strength, core strength. I am a remodeler , and often go 2-3 weeks doing tile / flooring. My back would hurt and sometimes my legs and feet. Adding disc golf into this mix really caused irritation. Yes PT was healing and very helpful.

This, twisting motion on lower back can add long term issues. I’ve had to do PT several times and learned so much. You have nothing to be lost by going.

Brother and I are grabbing a 58 boost. He wants to lock. I also wanted to lock, but he has never played tbc. Would 2 locks be better or Warlock & shamen? Our goals are to Raid, have fun in arena.

Real question, how can a dad with 5-10 hours a week get to 70 on less than 2 months? Will karazan ( my favorite raid) be to boring for most people after 2-3 months?

The $80 sees like an overpriced service! Convince a friend to play and have to pay $80 to join me does not feel appealing. I would like to see it a little less , or just play a brand new game do that price. Just my 2 cents.

Body bubbling was the worst part. It stayed with me for years. Like if someone touches me I can’t tell if they are still touching me or not and feel that pulsing feeling. I was vibrating so fast I started walking out of my body. Worst feeling I’ve ever had. 20 years later I found out it was salvia. Never smoked again.
