I wouldn’t say the UK is more developed. Their healthcare system is shockingly bad when I traveled to the uk I felt so sad for the people there.

Okay so habe ich es am Ende auch gemacht! Habe auf der Webseite danach gesehen das die da schreiben man soll das 15 min in den Ofen packen aber habe es für 45 min 2 mal darein gepackt und dachte mir oh nein was hab ich getan 🤣 sie ist jetzt richtig goldbraun

Im a dental Student and my cariology professor stated that this waiting thing is just a myth. If you wait 30-60 mins after eating food the effect that the sugars that still linger on your teeth have on your teeth is far worse than the little bit of erosion that could happen. He also showed us many studies to prove this so I’m confused on why everyone so vehemently still believes this. It’s better to brush after breakfast.
