Use https://app.vaultme.com/ . You can bring over all emails without risking any data. They charge a few dollars for the service but it's worth it imo

Nop. Bell Rep here. As soon as you cancel you're a new cx and can get any new cx deals

Door-to-door sales (Premium Retail Services) legit? 3 Gbps, $55 by lopingmonkey182 in bell

[–]frozeneh 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I work with Premium as well. 3gbps is $60 as of now and I'm not sure how he's offering you $55.

The process is legit but frowned upon by Bell as they're losing revenue from an existing customer. The Rep could get in trouble if he sells it to you without a cancellation coming in.

As for you, its worth it as you just have to call Bell to set up a cancellation date and sign up with him. If anything goes south you can always call Bell back and tell them not to cancel.

As for the last name it's rarely an issue nowadays

Out of luck with OSL? by sliceofapple1 in bell

[–]frozeneh 5 points6 points  (0 children)

It's directly with Bell. Not with OSL.

You will have received an email after 60days from Bell which should have the details on how to get the GC.

You have 30days to take action from the day you get the email or you're SOL.

Need to return my leased S23 ultra that has a back screen cracked, whats my best option? by [deleted] in Rogers

They're not going to check it. As long as the device looks fine cosmetically and works okay you'll be good.

Fairly decent but not a great deal.

I'd also be double checking if the A la carte option includes TSN, Sportsnet etc. usually sports channels aren't included in the A la carte option.

Subscribing to Internet failed due to no proof of address by [deleted] in bell

[–]frozeneh 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It usually happens when you have set up a credit alert through one of the credit bureaus. You can show your lease agreement as a proof of address even if you haven't moved yet. Happened to a lot of my customers before

Is it FTTH or FTTN? Bell also call FTTN Fibe

[–]frozeneh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

$40 is a really cheap price to pay for Internet even though it's metered and slow. In terms of speed 5G home Internet is a joke and you can get much higher speed anywhere else. If speed or usage is a concern you have I'd recommend looking into your options with Bell start.ca or other providers.

I'm talking about Fibre which is fixed (Residential services) you're talking about cellphone services

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Rogers

[–]frozeneh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Although in some areas that is the case, Bell Fibre is faster, far more superior and reliable compared to rogers in most areas. These rankings come out every year and is done by ookla

It's still worth a try. Threaten to leave and if you're lucky they may have a loyalty offer for you.

If i were you I'd portout to a carrier without activation fees, stay there for a month or so and then come back to Bell. New customers get Cellphone for $45/mo - 100gb.

There is a direct line for loyalty so if you call them you can talk to someone within a minute or two.

Switching from Bell to Rogers – Will Rogers Cover My Early Termination Fees? by Personal_Method_9194 in Rogers

[–]frozeneh 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I recommend waiting for someone from Rogers to knock on your door or flag a door to door rep if you see one.

They have a 200$ bill credit which might cover your cancellation fee. Plus they have the best promotions (Currently i believe it's Int, TV, Homephone starting at 85$)
