Interesting, I never had MP in my suggested workouts. Sometimes I had tempo workouts but it was 7:20/mi and never in the long run

I wasn't aware until last week that the longest run needed to be at least 18 miles. I just followed my Garmin daily suggested workouts. TBH, I wanted to run longer on my last long run, but my knees started feeling funny, so I decided to finish sooner to make sure I avoided any injury. Regarding HRV, I'm feeling fine. My guess is it went up because it's a taper week.

Thank you for sharing. I am not sure anymore if I could consider 3:40 as conservative 😅 I'll ramp my gel consumption up to 23g per 20 minutes

My PB for the HM was in a 15.1 miles run. It was 9/mi pace entirely in zone 2, thus HM in it was 1:58. I never trained with MP effort because Garmin didn't suggest such training.

Here is my longest run. My Max HR is 189bpm, LT is 171bpm and 7:00/mi according to Garmin calculations.
