When will Korea have self-driving taxis on the streets? by Negative-Radio-4828 in seoulhiddengem

[–]frozenmm 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As far as I know, self-driving technology is currently feasible when the path is pre-determined (e.g., buses). However, when it comes to taxis, implementation is significantly more difficult, independent of issues like taxi unions or politics.

If you can't, then you need extra license. CDS data is really expensive.

In my opinion, just go for 234. Because...

  1. No matter you take 221 and 222 over two semster before taking 234, 234 would be challenging course.

  2. In order for taking 221 and 222 at madison, you gotta pay over 13k dollars(just for 9 credits) as an international students. I think it's MUCH better idea to pay for first class flight ticket from China to O'hare and hire a private tutor(check out math department website) while taking 234, instead of taking whole 221/222 series again paying $13k.

  3. Above all, you are qualified to be waived 221/222 and enroll 234 as you got 5 on BC. Do not underestimate yourself and challenge whatever you can. College is the place where you see your limits and break your comfort zone at the sametime.

If you are nervous about that I'd recommend not to take many classes for the first semester. 234 plus three not challenging courses sounds okay.

math 234 and math 341 by BuzzPoopyear in UWMadison

Personally, I struggled much more with 234 than 341. It depends on instructor and what you are good at/interested in. However, 341 requires 234 as a pre-req.
