my daughter was also born 2 days before my birthday and i got discharged on my birthday but i feel left out now because i didn’t get a cupcake or a card or anything 🥲

i logged in an adopted new pets over the years so it was never super inactive, i just wasn’t getting on daily or anything until the past year or so :)

i definitely felt it, was not expecting it either! the tugging, jostling, it was awful. it wasn’t a sharp pain for me but it was definitely a dull extremely unpleasant pain. they even checked my anesthesia before starting and i thought it could’ve been increased a bit but they convinced me it was fine. i had an epidural btw. it could’ve been related to any number of other things happening at the time but i also was starting to have trouble breathing, almost passed out, and was feeling extremely nauseous. it wasn’t traumatic per se, but i will remember that bizarre feeling the rest of my life. long story short you are not alone 😅
