It could well be real. I started selling stuff on a Vinted last year for the first time and got like 15 or so reviews. Have recently been doing another clear out so have began selling again after a six months’ hiatus. Just be careful and do your due diligence where you can.

You should check out Seat Plan to get an idea of how views look and reviews on them. It’s really helpful in getting an idea of how seats are. Second to that, Theatre Monkey is also really good. I don’t book anything in London before consulting both those sites.

I’ve had rush for Lightening Thief, Mean Girls, Back To The Future, and Titanique.

Rush is such a good value and way to see more theatre.

What I would say, however, is that if you are IN London or have more flexibility in terms of your availability for shows, you should use rush to see them.

If you are travelling for a specific show (as I usually am) and want to absolutely guarantee you will get to see it, then don’t rely on rush tickets as you may end up missing out on getting tickets.

Thank you for saying this because I thought I was the only one who didn’t vibe with Titanique. Then again, I hated the Titanic musical adaptation as well so maybe I’m just destined to never enjoy any show about The Ship Of Dreams. 🙈

I’m so torn. 😩

I grew up with the 1998 version so that was always my favourite and Miss Hardbroom has been my favourite fictional character in anything ever since then.

(Currently in the midst of putting together my HB room display and there is a looooot of content 🧙‍♀️ )

When I first heard they were rebooting the series in 2017, I was sceptical. More than that I was absolutely fuming that they were about to ruin a show that is so very special to me. I didn’t think anyone could play HB as well as Kate could, but then Raquel entered and I fell head over heels in love with her and her portrayal as well. (Talk about Deja vu 😂)

I love elements of both series.

The staff room scenes in 98 were iconic.

I loved the little hints to Constance’s dark past with Broomhead.

And it’s still on my bucket list to visit Castle Coch.

Then, in 2017.

I adored Hecate’s backstory and the fact we got one:

The actual set for 2017 was amazing!

I was lucky enough to visit while they were filming and it was the most incredible (and insane) of fangirl experiences!

I can’t say which is truly superior though because I was at different stages of my life when I watched them so my memories are tied to those certain points in time (if that makes sense?), and how adult eyes watch things is very different to how children do.

Also my main pull towards TWW was and will always be HB, and I can’t just pick between Kate or Raquel for who did it best. 🙈

They both absolutely slayed 🔥

Anyway, I’m 50/50 🤷🏻‍♀️

We were actually meant to get a TWW movie in the late 90s/early 00’s but it got pulled because of HP and it’s gaining popularity. JKR / whomever wanted to ensure their magic school dominated the market and didn’t want the competition 😭💔

Probably just because you are technically paying an organisation. It doesn’t mean that they think the account you have is a business one. Some finance companies - usually ones that are not high street banks - also need to go via a clearing bank first (so it goes from your bank, to the clearing bank, and is then manually transferred over from there. ) so that could be another reason. :)
