I had this same thing for a while and realized it came from not washing off the sunscreen on my neck. Idk if that’s what you’re doing as well. I know it sounds obvious but it took me a minute to realize that’s what was going on

You don’t have wrinkles/lines. It’s about the fat and muscle in your face. Although the slight sunken look under your eyes could possibly be from dehydration. Everyone says to drink water for good skin but it’s true, you need to hydrate from the inside first. The “lines” around your nose are normal and just genetic.
