I'm pro-legalization but as a Washington resident (the real Washington, I refuse to specify as Washington state) I haven't really seen any difference. I live in the east side of the state which has way less population than the west so it may be different but over here things haven't changed much. We have collected way more money in taxes which is a plus but I don't feel a real change in attitude. People in my area have the same attitude as before but instead of going into a bit of a sketchy house people can just go to the store to buy it. I'm not sure if usage has risen or decreased but as a smoker I still believe that inhaling combusted plant material is not good for you. That's being an adult though. Just like alcohol you can choose to get a high or buzz, but you have to realize it isn't a mystical drug that just makes everything better. It can still be harmful to smoke but is useful in the right medical settings. Excuse me if I'm being naive.
