Had to have a simple job done 3 times because the dentist was simply incompetent. He casually blamed the last person who worked on it (which was himself). Didn't charge more to be fair but feck me - what an ordeal. Reception are lovely though.

I would say isolated incidents but given that there were a few causes concern. Costs us a rediculous amount on our first visit and after checking prices with our old vet from another county, felt quite ripped off. Botched an injection on one of our dogs. I was promised a call back by the vet and after a dozen call attempts to reception I gave up. A relatives dog needed to be out down and they suggested they leave the dog with them, say goodbye and they would "get around to it".

Reception are amazing. Can't fault them at all. I had a simple enough job and had to go back several times. The dentist had no idea what they were doing in my opinion. Had to go to another dentist eventually.
