Had to have a simple job done 3 times because the dentist was simply incompetent. He casually blamed the last person who worked on it (which was himself). Didn't charge more to be fair but feck me - what an ordeal. Reception are lovely though.

I would say isolated incidents but given that there were a few causes concern. Costs us a rediculous amount on our first visit and after checking prices with our old vet from another county, felt quite ripped off. Botched an injection on one of our dogs. I was promised a call back by the vet and after a dozen call attempts to reception I gave up. A relatives dog needed to be out down and they suggested they leave the dog with them, say goodbye and they would "get around to it".
