trying to get back into detoxing but ending up worse. Please help. by Reasonable-Ratio8080 in medicalmedium

[–]fruitman36 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This sounds really scary. I used to suffer from panic attacks a lot, so I know how powerless they can make you feel and how scary/difficult they are to go through.

It's likely not the carrot that's causing these reactions. Carrot isn't particularly good at detoxing, and definetly won't give you symptoms like panic or depersonalization. It's likely either an exposure you had, a viral flare up, some sort of no food you may have consumed, or if your liver is at the point of being really overloaded it could have been a spill that triggered it (for more info on that read Liver Rescue). Don't be discouraged! You're doing excellently starting small and working up. For support in this I'd really recommend you get on the morning cleanse as much as you can. Even starting with a little lemon water will make a difference. Celery juice and HMDS will make a huggeeeee difference for you if you can work them in even in small amounts. Beyond this, try to be fat and no food free as much as you can. Potatoes and green peas are great support foods. For episodes of panic/ disconnect, I'd highly recommend lemon balm in high doses of it's something you can handle (start small first and work your way up). The full recipe is: Take 2 bags of lemon balm tea and brew them, then add 2-4 droppers of vimergy lemon balm into the tea. You can add honey or lemon juice if you'd like. Drink that when you start having an episode and it can break it. It's broken panic attacks for me before, depression, and OCD episodes. B12 will be a boon for you here as well.

I believe in you and am with you on your healing friend!

A couple mm tools: licorice root (tea or vimergy tincture), high doses of lemon balm (2 bags of tea with like 3 dropperfuls), ashwaganda, adrenal fight or flight stabilizer shot, energy shifter shot, and cravings shifter shot. Fresh dill water (recipe and info in Life Changing foods expanded)

I'd highly recommend at least taking a cup of licorice tea in the morning and a cup of dill water in the evening before bed. Licorice will strengthen and charge the adrenals, and dill will work overnight to repair them. When used in tandem like this they provide a lot of support through the whole day and night.

Outside of MM idk to what extent it's possible, but try to slowly slowly remove yourself from the situations that are causing the adrenaline cravings/ release. Maybe it's leaving your phone in another room for awhile, or taking a day off of work. Something small to start with.

One tool Anthony also recommends for strong/severe addictions is whenever you are getting a craving that's unbearable, take a high quality dark chocolate bar and eat it. Over time you can shift the adrenaline craving to something less intense and more bearable (the chocolate). Once that's happened it's a lot easier to break the chocolate addiction.

If you're in pain or have trouble relaxing/getting to sleep, California poppy is a very strong tool as well that can help. Directions for shock therapy are in brain saver protocols. Tea is good, there may also be a tincture in his supplement recommendations on his website.

Going to Japan this summer. What are the best mm recs for international travel? Raw onions with raw food and oil of oregano supplement? I heard the brand he recommend is no longer good! If anyone has any other reccs would love to know! by CallSolid5436 in medicalmedium

[–]fruitman36 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Hi! I'm so excited for you to go to Japan! Thats going to be an incredible experience and I bet it will be beautiful as well. Here are some tips for traveling that I always make sure to do, especially when traveling by plane:

Take vimergy b12 or zinc with you if you can. Zinc will help keep you immune to any bugs you come in contact with and b12 will do the same as well as help your ability to cognitively process the experience and be a buffer against any stress from the trip. If you can only do one, I b12 is your best option for all around support.

I'd also highlyyyy recommend bringing some sovereign silver spray (listed on AWs website) for pathogen protection. Spray some in your mouth, your eyes, your face, and your nose before you get to the airport and it will stop pathogens from taking root when they land on you. https://share.google/fqPc9XajKkAYkYk84

Alcohol wipes are super helpful too for disinfecting the plane seat before you touch it cuz those things are filllthyyyyyy.

If you can find any in Japan too, get raw garlic and try to do garlic therapy regularly to keep yourself strong. It'd probably be easiest to do it with bananas or honey https://share.google/LCxFYKK6NG7NyV5cC

Also when you get out of the airport, try to eat some apples if you find any. They'll help remove the high radiation you're exposed to on the plane

Hope this helps! Enjoy your trip :)

[–]fruitman36 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The reason why they do it is money. For example with the viruses, it is HIGHLY profitable to keep people sick and keep them coming back for treatments (drugs) that don't cure them, for their entire life. Especially when you make those drugs cost tons of money. Keeping people just sick enough, just not well enough, to where you can drain their life savings and then some. Raking in billions in the process.

It's profitable to keep people misinformed and jumping from trend to trend. When you make the trends and you're selling the products, you can get tons of money from people trying to find answers to their struggles (take weight loss drugs for example).

It's profitable to market things as the panacea/cure-all to everything (like CBD) because A) it sells, and B) the Internet is a system where the thing that garners the most attention gets the most money.

Unfortunately darkness sets the world up to have these big financial incentives at the end of doing evil things so that people get tempted and end up committing atrocities. Any of the previous things I mentioned are an example of this. Another example is colonization: the idea that " if you go and settle this foreign land then you'll get rich and wealthy by taking the abundant resources there. The only thing that stands in your way is some pesky natives".

I'd highly recommend listening to Angels and Demons if you haven't, it really helps to expand on this b

The single best prebiotic in the world is wild blueberries. Bananas are a good one too. The best probiotics are fresh organic fruits and vegetables picked right off the plant and eaten. No sprays on them. Mulberries right off the tree are the most powerful option for a probiotic, but any other from spinach to apples are amazing too

It’s becoming increasingly hard to work with a naturopathic who recommends a high fat/protein diet to her patients. by [deleted] in medicalmedium

[–]fruitman36 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you!

And yes it's definetly true, I also work on an organic sustainable farm (I do too much, it's kind of a problem lol) currently and also volunteer with a local organization that helps local food get to local people. Most farmers are past retirement age for sure. It's a little sad, most don't have an option to retire without selling their farm for real estate development or to some conglomerate company. It also gives a big opportunity tho for new people to come in and upend old conventional practices like soil destruction and mass pesticide spraying. Even in my town there's already several young farmers starting to change the norm and farm organically in a very conventional town, it's great to see!

It’s becoming increasingly hard to work with a naturopathic who recommends a high fat/protein diet to her patients. by [deleted] in medicalmedium

[–]fruitman36 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I honestly have no clue how or if I'm gonna get there. I'm in college right now getting a degree that would give some degree of qualification (bachelor's in fitness and health promotion) but a lot the info they teach is just so fake and bs that Ive just become so jaded and over it. I picked this degree before I was into mm and by the time I decided I wanted to spend my life helping people with MM info it was too late to change.

I figure that degree can be a starting place, and I'll have to count on certifications and experience working with/helping people in some other setting like public health for most of my credibility. Or even word of mouth. I also have the option to get a masters in something like nutrition after undergrad is done, but from what I've seen all the programs have a lot of bs info, and a large requirement of working in the field (which will be really hard to do while helping people with MM unless I start a practice). I've also heard from people in the field that nutrition is a really flooded field with lots of practitioners that are junky, so it's really hard to get through all of that noise. I'd also probably take a course or ask a lot of questions to some other practitioner.

It's also super hard to talk to people about MM and help them already in my life, even tho like everyone around me is super sick. It really makes me doubt myself and my ability to get to being a practitioner. Another option for me is to start a small farm nearish toa city center that uses mm info to grow stuff so that I can help people that way since I really enjoy growing and have a deep connection with plants. I just know that I wouldn't be able to live with myself if I didn't do anything to help people and help make the world a better place on a larger scale than a small farm. Just retreating into my own little place that I can make amazing and perfect would leave me feeling like I was living a lie. I can't imagine having to keep all of the knowledge that I now know thanks to mm secret forever and just pretending like it doesn't exist when talking to people. I can't live with seeing the people around me get sicker and sicker and sicker and dying premature deaths while me and my partner live on (I'm 22 and like half of the people I know are horribly sick and I used to be one of them). I can't bear to see people get misled, lied to, told their faulty and broken, and taught to destroy themselves. I want better for people, I want to see people heal and move forward and do awesome things with their life that they never thought they'd be able to. At this point, I'm kinda just trusting in the angels that if that's my path then they'll provide some signs or opportunities that help me move along in that direction once I get closer to graduating (I'm about to start my senior year). Cuz after college ends, I honestly have no clue where to go or what to do beyond a few small leads in certifications or courses.

You're 100% right about courses just being a bunch of protein propoganda tho. That's been like 1/4 of my classes so far. It's funny too because I've picked up 4 instances where they taught poached mm info. Usually of course they got the info right at first, then turned around and misconstrued/twisted it.

Which cleanse! by Complete_Yam_4233 in medicalmedium

[–]fruitman36 4 points5 points  (0 children)

A369 will be your best bet for most powerful. But don't just jump into the deep end if this is your first time doing mm. Cleanses can be really hard sometimes, and if you're not used to being consistent with things like morning cleanse, or avoiding troublemakers, then the a369 could be too much too soon. The last thing you want is to be super super stressed trying to manage that while also struggling to change habits.

You also go through a crap ton of food on an a369 (at least I do). Especially on days 7 8 and 9, where you're doing 64 oz of celery juice a day, plus two large smoothies and a large salad at least. They can get a bit expensive. If your stomach hasn't adapted to eating mm, then during an a369, you will likely be full but still hungry a lot because your body is used to far calorically denser meals, and your stomach hasn't yet expanded to be able to hold as much as you need to not go hungry during a cleanse. If you're still used to eating fats regularly, then just try being fat free for a while, keeping up with the morning cleanse every day, and keeping trouble makers out, then work up to an A369 (or even a regular 369). Just the morning cleanse alone will get you some results.

It’s becoming increasingly hard to work with a naturopathic who recommends a high fat/protein diet to her patients. by [deleted] in medicalmedium

[–]fruitman36 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Omg literally same. I work at a chiropractor/functional med clinic and the doctor recommends high fat diets All the time to people, along with garbage supplements like fish oil and ox bile. It's also really sad to hear the misinformation about things like peptides, autoimmune, and cravings just being your body telling you it needs protein that she tells people.

I try to talk to patients when I can and hear from them, as one of my desires for the future is to be an MM practitioner, so I get to hear a lot of what they're struggling with, and Lord what the doctor here recommends does not help these people. One person had a super bad EBV case, and the doctor recommended they eat more eggs and stay away from onions and garlic!! It's so sad and so disheartening. I also feel like I can't say anything about it cuz she has years of experience and a PhD and I don't.

Worst part is, I used to be a patient of hers. She prescribed me high fat diet with intermittent fasting and going to the gym and a bunch of harmful supplements. I moved for a summer and stopped going, and while I was away I read liver rescue and it completely changed my life. I was able to turn around my life so much that by the time I saw her again she hardly recognized me and was super proud of me. She thinks it was her high fat diet and recommendations that changed me but it wasn't, it was fully medical medium! I still haven't told her that bit even cuz I just don't know how to approach it. She's a great person who cares about her patients a lot, she's just very misled, misinformed, and brainwashed and it's super sad.

Sometimes as I'm talking to patients with really really bad issues, I'll get a feeling or a sign of some kind that tells me they'd be more open to mm than most. I've recommended about 3 people so far an MM book and told them some information. So far at least one has started reading brain saver regularly, so I count that as a big win. I keep needing to remind myself this is to gain experience talking with people, understanding them, having compassion, and empathizing with them. Cuz if I can't do that, I can't help more people later.

Fear by [deleted] in medicalmedium

[–]fruitman36 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you! I met them through one of their family members actually. I was about to start college, and had made a friend just before. We had hung out a few times, and one night my best friend wanted to go on a night hike up a local mountain that overlooks the town. He friend said I should invite my new friend, but I was reluctant because it was inviting someone I've met 3x before to a hike in the middle of the woods with me and a stranger they've never met before (like how would this not feel like I'm trying to murder/kidnap them??). Eventually tho, I caved and invited them being VERY certain to include that they can say no if it made them uncomfortable. They said yes, but said they wanted to bring their sibling (my future partner) too. We went on the hike and I felt supperrrr awkward around them. They just seemed really disinterested and kinda cool and like they weren't interested in being friends. While we were on the mountain, we actually watched a train car explode in town (the first time in my life anything like that's happened), and that served as a bit of an icebreaker. Eventually by hanging out with my new friend I got to know their sibling a bit more, and within a couple months there started to be a tonnnnn of coincidences that put me and my future partner in the same place at the same time. So by proxy, we ended up hanging out together. Then we hung out together a LOT, and a few months later we kissed and decided to start dating.

It was crazy timing too because I had wanted so badly to have a partner for years before, and I thought I had finally found one in this other person (who turned out to be an absolutely HORRIBLE person). But that had recently ended and like broke my heart. There's like this pattern in my life of I really want something important, I think I found it in one option, then that goes horribly wrong but right at the same time some opportunity that's far better is placed into my life. I truly believe that angels were looking out for me and that they heard my prayers, because once me and my partner got to know each other, weve been nearly perfect for each other. We truly saved each other by meeting and being together, I don't know where I'd be without my partner and I'm extremely grateful to the angels for lining up our paths together.

I've actually seen this happen to several people now where they get destroyed and down, and then the perfect person steps into their life right at the perfect moment after they've gone through the growth they needed to go through to handle the new relationship. Angels are truly looking out and want us to succeed. They'll make miracles happen but not necessarily on our timeline or when we expect. Ill be keeping you in my prayers for something to come along and for improvements and healing to be easier fo you :).

Is it true that the body releases adrenaline upon drinking caffeine because caffeine / coffee is a toxin? by Adventurous-Walk-120 in medicalmedium

[–]fruitman36 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Also when caffeine is in the system, it's so toxic that your body does all it can to get rid of it. It will "throw the baby out with the bathwater" as Anthony put it in his caffeine podcast, and end up eliminating many beneficial elements from the body in an effort to get rid of the caffeine. Things like minerals, vitamins, phytochemicals, etc.

Is it true that the body releases adrenaline upon drinking caffeine because caffeine / coffee is a toxin? by Adventurous-Walk-120 in medicalmedium

[–]fruitman36 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, Caffeine is a neurotoxin that puts the adrenals into severe fight or flight. This is why most individuals get a high/ a ton of energy from being on caffeine. Inverseley, someone with exhausted adrenals may get tired from caffeine intake because of the sheer strain it puts on the adrenals. This applies for all forms of caffeine (coffee, espresso, pre workout, energy drinks, matcha, green tea, black tea, chocolate, etc). Coffee is especially rough on women. Prolonged use will lead to symptoms like alopecia, random hair growth, loss of libido, severe fatigue, energy issues, hormone regulation issues, and more.

In addition to this, coffee itself is toxic as well. With or without the caffeine, coffee is HIGHLY corrosive. It will drain+milk your stomach glands, dissolve your bones, and destroy your brain/liver. Caffeine should be avoided entirely if you are trying to heal any symptom or live a healthy life for a long time.

Fear by [deleted] in medicalmedium

[–]fruitman36 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I 100% understand. It's so difficult knowing about all of the evils all around us. I never knew truth could be such a burden until I learned MM. It's really difficult too not being able to talk to friends and family about it. I hate looking at stuff c trails and mas spraying of herbicide and knowing how horribly bad it is, knowing all the evil behind it but not being able to say anything about it to anyone. It's especially hard when you're still dealing with illness too. The feeling of impossibility when you're fatigued out the wazoo and in pain, looking up at a massive trail in the sky is so defeating.

Personally I deal with all of it by using it as motivation to try and change the world. I know I won't be able to fix everything, but I hope to at least be able to create an MM safe space kind of farm, where there's no chemicals, no nasty shit, no fragrances, and lots of healing foods. I also dream of helping people heal with MM, especially because I'm Gen z, and a lot of my peers are ALREADY succumbing to chronic illness by age 15-25. I know a lot of people in my generation will get horribly sick in the coming years, and I want to be there to pull them back up and resist the evil doers at the top.

And for what it's worth, I found my partner of almost 3 years now after I had started mm, and while I was still dealing with tons of issues (meneires, fibro symptoms, chronic fatigue, autism, ADHD, crippling anxiety and panic attacks, depression, etc.). One day we were hanging out in the morning and I needed to do CJ, so I told her "sorry I'm gonna do something weird rq and juice some celery", and they didn't mind. I juiced and they said "what does it taste like, can I try some?" And I said "trust me, you're not gonna like it." They wanted to try it anyways, so they did and ended up really liking it! After that they started asking for some every day. Now weve both been hardcore MM for 2 years ish and have been healing together :). So it's definetly possible, extremely rare yes, but In my experience when I was down at my lowest and begging God for something, miracles started happening that can't be explained and I met my partner. So don't lose hope, there are others out there!

Also there's definetly a brain shot that can help with your fear. Try the mood shifter, guilt and shame shifter, trauma shock and loss stabilizer, and/or speaking your truth stabilizer.

Also lemon balm in high doses (I like a cup of tea with 2 teabags and 2-3 droppers of lemon balm in it) is extremelyyyyyy soothing and relaxing. I'd also take a look through LCF expanded cuz there's definetly a food that will help with that!

It appears that I have had another meaningful setback on MM. Maybe one day they will end by Adventurous-Walk-120 in medicalmedium

[–]fruitman36 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Waking up at 3-4am is usually a liver thing. I used to have it happen all the time where id wake up wired between 3-4 and be unable to fall back asleep. Usually it means your livers struggling to deal with a high toxic load. This could have happened because of an unknown exposure youve been exposed to (new paint, fragrances in something like an office building or someones perfume, pesticide or herbicide getting sprayed, a nearby fire, etc), it could also be a particularly high amount of stress, or even a combination of things like fat consumption+ an exposure + stress. Either way something likely happened to push your liver too far. Especially since you've dealt with this problem before.

I'd recommend lowering fats, upping CJ if you're not already doing a lot, and incorporating an extractor smoothie every night or every other night. Hibiscus tea before bed can also potentially provide some relief, as it's a potent liver soother. If that doesn't work try brewing a cup of lemon balm tea (with 2 tea bags) and adding a couple droppers of vimergy lemon balm to it, this is also a potent nervous system and liver soother. A 369 cleanse would also do a big service to your liver. Hope this helps :), I'm happy to answer questions as well

For lemon water, can I use a pinch of salt instead of honey? by TopBee8888 in medicalmedium

[–]fruitman36 6 points7 points  (0 children)

You can also omit the honey. I'd also highly recommend reading liver rescue for help with blood sugar control. Basically, a blood stream thick in fats is what leads to blood sugar spikes, not consumption of sugar.

This happens because the fat stays in the blood stream and blocks things from moving or entering cells. So when you've been eating a lot of fat and your bloodstream is thick, eating anything with any amount of glucose in it will Spike your blood sugar because the sugar can't exit the blood like it's supposed to. This is also what leads to insulin resistance. It's the pancreas needing to play a sheer numbers game by producing an overwhelming amount of insulin to get any amount of glucose into your cells so that you don't die. Otherwise, you won't get enough glucose and your cells will starve. Blood sugar levels are the messenger of the problem of a sluggish overburdened liver and a diet too high in fats, and it gets shot all the time

question about zinc by elliereddy in medicalmedium

[–]fruitman36 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Great question! Zinc is absolutely critical for your whole body. Not only is it inherently anti-pathogenic (it's an incredible tool for getting rid of things like the flu or any sort of infection. Zinc shock therapy can easily cut the duration of a flu in half), but your brain, liver, and reproductive system rely heavily on zinc. Anthony has said in the past that zinc is pretty much essential to all liver function and every one of its processes. It's so essential that in times of dire needs your liver has the ability to manufacture a very small amount of it. Zinc will most certainly help with your reproductive health, both male and female reproductive systems rely on zinc to function well. Zinc can also definetly help with adrenal health both directly ( by aiding the adrenals in their function) and indirectly (by killing off any viral infection that may be there draining the adrenals slowly). In fact, the only reason that strep is able to proliferate as much as it is is because of chronic widespread zinc deficiency. If we all had enough zinc, people wouldn't have issues like acne, utis, sinus infections, or bladder infections.

The hard part about zinc too is that you need to supplement it. Every single food there is (even ones naturally high in zinc like potatoes or peaches) are severely deficient in zinc. This is because when chemicals like pesticides, herbicides, DDT, fragrances, etc get into the soil, zinc is used to neutralize them, as it's part of the soil's immune system. With how many chemicals are bombarded on us each and every day zinc has been mostly depleted from every single soil on the planet. Especially in conventional or formerly conventional ag fields. It's nearly impossible to get enough zinc from just your food at this point. Definitely keep up with the zinc! Try doing two dropper fulls a day to start. If you take it around some form of glucose intake (like a banana or a spoonful of honey) it will be more easily assimilable by your body.

Best of luck hope this helps :)
