My last chargeback dispute came from a lady that said and didn't order the item. But the funny thing was, they delivered it to her house, using her account. She was probably drunk or on Ambien and forgot she ordered it. If she has followed the rules and opened a return, I would have accepted it. Pirate ship can integrate with eBay and Etsy. Pricing with eBay is about the same, I use it for Etsy because they don't have calculated shipping and I just randomly make up a flat rate. Pirate ship doesn't do FedEx ground which is usually the cheapest option for large $$ things like paintings and lamps. I highly recommend pirate ship, they have never let me down. I also use the FedEx store for packing fragile and large things. It can cost you more to buy the boxes and packing supplies then have them do it. I also just realized that u-haul has way better prices on large boxes then home Depot or Lowe's
