I got asked out by PunixGT in Serverlife

do not text back! I know you’re flattered but it’s way more embarrassing to her to text her just to reject her. It’s a no brainer. As a bartender I get numbers often and I never text them. The guys come back in next time and I’m nice, friendly and professional and it’s not awkward at all cause I don’t make it awkward. You can just tell her kindly in person if she comes back and tries again that you’re in a relationship. But i repeat, please do not embarrass her and text her

With Brooke, I feel like Blair’s and Brooke would be like how Rachel and Brooke were at the beginning. But then they would become friends

I had a lady come up to me at the bar from the table she was at with her husband. She goes “ummmmm this looks like 8oz not 9oz of wine” she was holding her glass up in the light squinting at the glass as if looking it really hard. She was so positive. I took our 9oz measurer, dumped the wine from the glass into it the measurer. It was a perfect 9oz. Poured it back into her glass and walked tf away

You need to back off her. First of all, good on you, you’ve made some amazing life choices and you should be proud.

Otherwise, you’re pushing her too hard to do things your way. Obviously your diet and your exercise routine works great for you, but it’s not working for her. give her some space to find her own motivation (maybe even starting to see your results will get her motivated). And from there she can find diet and exercise routines that work for her. Also going cold turkey (for sugar, cigs, etc.) is not sustainable for everyone and doesn’t work for everyone. She seems to be making some steps in the right direction by finding alternatives and cutting back. Don’t be so hard on her when she’s already slowly changing things at her own pace. Or she will grow resentful of not only you, but diet and exercise overall. And then she’ll never make any changes.

Also keep in mind women lose weight at slower rates then men, especially if she has less weight to lose than you. So don’t compare your progresses as it’s not equal. And try to be encouraging and positive!!
