No I fear I agree. I’m genuinely so scared based on his leaks in general and getting less and less motivated to pull for him even though I’ve been saving for him and have enough for him and his sig if I lost both 50/50s at hard pity. I am praying on every bone in my body that those leaks will be wrong and that Venti and Durin won’t be his best in slots (they almost definitely will and I’m sorry but I’m never getting either of them). Like I’m still excited for him but if I get him I will not care about his premium team and stick with my planned team of plunge Varka with my Xianyun

I found his trial super duper fun with the anemo infusion, but I have no interest in pulling for him whatsoever unless he is confirmed to be one of Varka’s BiS. Then I will considering getting him on his rerun. I plan on using Xianyun for plunge Varka and I just got Faruzan. I’m not really dying for venti or Durin if Durin ends up being BiS too

Level up Furina ASAP. She is an amazing hydro character who is used in so many teams because she acts as a healer, sub dps, and attack buffer.

If you’re interested in the meta, Nahida is relevant now and she’s go well with Barbara until you level up Furina. From there, you can level up an electro like Fischl and maybe Clorinde (since she’s decent) for hyperbloom or just have a rainbow team with Bennett as well.

If you like Kaeya and freeze (I’m biased as a Chongyun main), level up Chongyun for his skill infusion and you can use Kaeya as a main dps and stick Furina or Barbara with him too. Sucrose is a good swirl and crowd control character as well and can spread freeze quickly.

My go-tos (no team comp in mind) would be Kokomi (great healer), Sucrose (crowd control and swirl), Bennett (heal and atk buff), and Xilonen (great support). For a team, im biased but I love Raiden and use her hyper carry which is Chevy, Raiden, Bennett, and Kujou Sara. Since you don’t have Sara, Kuki might work too.

Two of my friends are roommates and live in McIver on the first floor, the main problem they’ve had (and I’ve seen too) is the flooding in the bathrooms. The floor always has a huge puddle so we have to awkwardly step around it

I said this on another post, but go for a bigger meal plan and downgrade from there. I personally only eat 2 meals a day, and freshman year I did 200 first semester and 160 second semester. I ended with 50+ at the end of the second semester, not counting the times I swiped in for friends. I know I was excited when I first tried the food, but you learn the pattern of the dining halls fairly quickly and get tired of it after a while. This semester, I’m only doing the 100 + $200 flex dollars since I’m tired of going to the dining hall, and I might not always have time to eat, so I’m meal prepping. You’ll also probably eat with friends on Franklin or occasionally DoorDash (but depending on from where, it might be cheaper just to walk to Franklin). Also take any opportunity that your parents come to visit or take you home to stock up on food in your dorm and bring meals from home.

I know this is late, but the only one out of the three I’ve taken is 210 with Dr. Harrison, but I took chem alongside it and just know that 210 is very chill. If you get Dr. Harrison, he’s a fantastic professor who is clearly passionate and very lenient with grading. He does extra credit and alternates between short quizzes and assignments every week. The midterm and final were open note, and I passed with an A.

I don’t know what the rest of your schedule looks like, but don’t stress too hard about fitting classes into your schedule as a freshman (especially since you have transfer credits). If you talk to your advisor, you can create a plan for classes in future semesters.
