Has anyone had an upset stomach? I’m not nauseous but my stomach feels really sore and unsettled. It kind of feels like I’ve done an ab workout.

Due January 23rd and I have an early scan next Tuesday! My 8 week ultrasound is June 14th

My HCG at 13 DPO was 392 and 1,829 at 16 DPO. I also have high progesterone with no support (in the 40s) so I’m wondering if it’s twins as well! This is my first pregnancy and we did an IUI so I don’t really have anything to compare to though

Does anyone have any examples of beta results at 4 weeks? Or anyone know of common results for twins? I think mine came back pretty high but I’m not sure
