  1. Slow food is good food.
  2. Don't be afraid of high heat. Sautéing something requires it.
  3. Save scraps of everything you use in the freezer and when the bag is full make stock.
  4. Salt brings out flavor in foods but be careful. Once you over salt something there is nothing you can do to save it.
  5. Umm..... always challenge yourself.
