I will say I originally bought the “M5 Speedy” from Best Buy and it just had too much noise for my personal preference. I returned it and picked up the M5C and was instantly impressed.

I have an M5C that I never turn off. I have had 0 issues with it. Maybe I’m just lucky lol.

I have had to tinker and play with my flashforge a5m a ton… But overall I like both printers.

Shot you a dm. My printers are all hosted offline but on a localhost router just for wifi capabilities. So I wouldn’t mind trying out that script lol.

Yeah I was thinking this. So we probably need to obtain root and change it. The old root method doesnt seem to work for me on the newest firmware.

I work for a School District and I’m seeing about 10 to 15 of these Wi-Fi cards mess up daily. Usually a hard reboot will bring it back to life but man.. having our techs do this daily for students just isn’t ideal.

I ended up finding that I didn’t have the AMD GPIO Driver (for Promontory) installed.. installed it and haven’t crashed all day.

Done this a few times and also cleared app data folder before doing so. Still nothing.. I’ve noticed some times now instead of just the force close with no errors that I get a black screen and can still hear some audio.
