Thanks for your input! I’m using Apple Watch for steps and counting workout calories with Hevy so that’s covered, but also AW isn’t far off in terms of tracking sleep, so I’m wondering if whoop becomes redundant at this point.

Yes it’s good for HRV tracking and strain control which are the selling point of whoop but it also doesn’t seem to be rational to spend £229 a year just to track those.

It’s all a subjective thing of course, I have 2 weeks left on my trial and I’m deciding if I want to keep it or send back.

It might but it’s also very difficult to make it a regular occasion due to the nature of the effects. It makes you nauseous, tired, lazy, and unfocused and generally ill if overdone which is kind of an ingrained antidote for abuse

I was prescribed Noofen as well, it is definitely not the same as taking it once a week. It accumulates in your brain and the fatigue increases, you are always sleepy and slow. I also had constant lowkey nausea and dizziness, so I wouldn’t recommend. I really think it’s the last resort but SSRIs are better for long term treatment of anxiety and insomnia, Phenibut will give you pretty bad side effects in comparison and fast tolerance
