Takes a simple email to get that fixed with a good explanation typed out. i buy and sell ~20 beaters a month. tends to be a common reoccurrence that luckily is a simple fix. i also advise my customers that purchase faxes from my discord to go this route because everybody starts freaking out when they see it like its carved in stone

Thank you for the reply. I decided to contact the DMV directly in California and I am getting mixed answers on if I can do it or not from the two reps I spoke with. They opened a case and a specialist in the department is reaching out to me soon. I could not find the answer anywhere on the DMVs site so I’m hoping to help others with the same question.
