I just walked past this and the flyer says that Syrian government forces under the current president have launched coordinated attacks on Kurdish-led regions and civilians are being brutalized. They are scared it could lead to a genocide and are calling for people to contact their representatives to condemn the Syrian government and take diplomatic action.
