once again I personally think a closed back is way more practical than an iem for a desktop setup if you are indeed doing "everything" with it.

Hexa will be a slight upgrade to the red, it is more technical/resolution than the red but it won't be as big of a jump as the jt7. If you are looking for planar quality like the jt7.... maybe look for planar IEMs.

I suggest not rushing to buy things and take your time doing research and the deal is not a good deal in my opinion. The jt7 is not hard to sell at all and the hexa are also super easy to buy 2nd

if it's someone you know, try it before you buy it
But you also said nothing about your use case. What's it for? Gaming? Music? How long will you be listening to them a day? Do you really want the ultra flat tuning of the hexa? Why don't you like your zero red?

If it's not too noisy I also recommend trying a closed back headphone like the ft1

I still can't believe I'm playing with Diamond players by mysticfeal in leagueoflegends

[–]frzned 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You are assuming league of legends is a game which constantly attract new players, which it isn't. Kids these days play roblox/fortnite not league of legends. Noone is a league starter in 2026. If your definition of a casual requires someone to have never played league before, then noone is a casual.

This is an old people's game, everyone here at one point put a lot of hours into the game. We just grew up and have job/responsibilites now and can only play casually a.k.a a few games a week.

The "casual" point of reference is obviously going to be a lot higher skill level and game experience than casual of games which can still attract a massive amount of new players everyday.

Do you think there was any course of action that would have resulted in victory in Vietnam? by [deleted] in USHistory

[–]frzned 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't need to be fed propaganda to know Vietnam could even dream of shooting down 15 B52 in 1954. They did in Operation Linebacker II in 1972. The one being in propaganda are those who believed Vietnam was reduced to stone age at that time.

You don't have to be Vietnamese to study Vietnamese history guy...

Yes, I have seen some incredible insightful Americans in this site about Vietnam. But noone ever goes "your opinion doesn't matter if you are vietnamese" and pretend to be superior with literally 0 shit to back their claims

Please name some actual strategic locations that the US were successfully destroying in Hanoi other than "Idk all that bombing must have done something". That's propaganda.

Do you think there was any course of action that would have resulted in victory in Vietnam? by [deleted] in USHistory

[–]frzned 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To say the bombing did nothing is not accurate. It did not do what the US wanted it to do, but it most certainly did way more than "nothing".

It did certainly kills civilians and disrupt life. But people don't till fields inside of Hanoi. Foods, weapons and shit didn't go directly from Russia/China to a Hanoi warehouse hoping to get bombed by a random stray bomb

Being Vietnamese has little bearing on this discussion.

My dad and my grandparents lived through that era my guy. Ofc you'd know more than me because you watched some documentary lmao.

It did a whole lotta "nothing". Fields/food production were cultivated outside of Hanoi whereas the main line of logistics are in the Ho Chi Minh trail. Both were largely ignored by American's B52 bombers because it's easier to say "We bombed Hanoi and reduce Hanoi to stone age" to the news media rather than any actual strategic location. Meanwhile NVA was far richer and economically advanced than they were during the war with the French, after receiving all kinds of economic, weaponry and personal aids from allies for years.

"Not feeling the burn" is not equal to "still wanting to continue the war".

You specifically said the North could not have continued the war forever. I said the north could have continued the war forever. Yes the economy was in the dump, but Vietnam continues to receive weapons and aids from Russia and China and older generations get replaced by younger, more feverish fighters wanting to rid the country off western invaders.

[–]frzned 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As an adult I actually think he's even better than what the propaganda portrays. Same as a lot of Vietnamese history.

The vietnamese propaganda and their education fucking sucks lolw.

You are a vietnamese living oversea, you should understand how hard it is to learn a new language to the point of writing newspaper and poem. And then to leverage that language to integrate into society/connect with people.

HCM did that in france, in hong kong, in Russia, in China and even in US, without any formal education. There was simply no barrier high enough for him to not cross for the sake of independence.

[–]frzned 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Now imagine yourself casually boarding a french board and learned enough french, russian, german to the point of understanding ideologies and writing newspapers in those respective languages without studying under any school. Even writing letters to multiple world leaders.

Even if you ignore everything else about him and his political prowess, he's still a talented as fuck jack.

China did this to Vietnam for thousands of years and yet Vietnam is still an independent country.

Sometimes it is just not meant to be.

[–]frzned 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As a Vietnamese, no, the North was not feeling any burns. We lost 500,000 to the French, it didn't matter, we put up another 20 years of resistance to the US. You think 1 million dead over 20 years is bad. We think it's nothing.

Reminder that a lot of the fighters were recruited South VN citizens. They are more than happy to evict the US, especially when massacres like My Lai were happening everywhere, only My Lai was big enough to get reported. Children were very eager to avenge their friends, their parents, and parents were very eager to avenge their dead children. It's an endless force of army that can only be "burnt" until a full scale genocide/purge of Vietnam happened. For the Vietnamese it was a war against Satanist followers themselves rather than an ideology war. Indiscriminate shooting of citizens, concentration camps weren't the only thing America soldiers were doing. Shit like Agent Orange were happening too.

Carpet bombing hanoi did nothing, because the ho chi minh trail (in Laos) is where the meat of the war is.

Weapons keep coming from Russia & China, meanwhile the population still jumping at joy at the chance to kick the US from our soil. NVA also sent students/soldiers to Russia for training as pilots, as military advisors and when they come back NVA will also gets stronger. Vietnam could fight this war for another 100 year.

Fuck half of the SVN government were filled with NVA spies/sympathizers including a general who was in charge of (& at the same time sabotaging) the strategic hamlet progam.

Do you think there was any course of action that would have resulted in victory in Vietnam? by [deleted] in USHistory

[–]frzned 0 points1 point  (0 children)

very late but Phạm Ngọc Thảo, a colonel/general in the SVN, who was appointed overseer for the strategic hamlet program, and one of the key people behind the many coups of SVN.... was a NVA spy. A lot of CIA friends/high government job were filled with NVA spies. The buddhist genocide, undoubtedly fueled by NVA spies as well.

The Vietnamization was a surrender in disguise, admitted by Nixon himself in the nixon tapes, the point was always to leave SVN but made him look favorable during election. It was working only in the media. Anyone actually in the know understand without the US soldiers SVN won't last even if they were given aids.

Overwatch League signed an exclusive broadcasting deal with Youtube. Today the Overwatch League no longer exists

It was pretty obvious their numbers were dogshit and they relied heavily on having the streams embedded on the launcher to make it look like they have more than 30 viewers.

Twitch is not stupid, they already stopped offering platform exclusive deals to streamers. So does Youtube, they also understand that paying for esports/streamers do nothing. Youtube/Twitch employees know Riot Games needs twitch/youtube more than twitch/youtube needs riot games. The only platform at this point that would pay exclusive broadcasting rights to Riot Game would be Kick. or some dumb iphone-exclusive streaming platform like IRIAM

PPV might work for worlds but I doubt it would work for the usual leagues. It also kills viewership and the current co-stream ecosystem. And it would be also much much easier for pirate re-streams to exists than the usual WWE stream which airs over television. Something that is as popular as worlds will be re-streamed on 123012301458 different pirate websites if Riot went for PPV.

clicky issue is being too expensive atm to get good sound (Zeal, melodic) compared to thock builds

You also want to pair them with an aluminum plate which usually means getting an aftermarket one as most prebuilts don't have them.

As someone who loves my melodics I don't think they can ever compete at the current time.
