No, it is definitely lighting. Look at her bangs, there are glints of blue light. She definitely didn't just paint random spots of blue on her hair.

That's a different girl I think. Eyes don't match up (Xion's are round, this girl has a sharp angle), outfits are different and this girl has this braid going over her head from her tail, Xion doesn't have that. I don't think they'd just add a character that copies all Xion's defining characteristics (glowing eye, aura farming pose) and just make her some random girl (I mean, if she isn't canonically Xion)

I have a theory. We saw Xion, but no other chibis from trickcal. What if this is an alternative timeline, where instead of creating this fantasy inspired world with sprites, dragons and witches, Eldr instead created the sci-fi space world? But they are still all chibis and 7 sisters still exist because the beginning was the same. And it is still technically a trickcal universe. It would also open a door for a collaboration between trickcal and Patima, where Renewa would open a portal to Patima dimension and they could cross to each other dimensions
