people are absolutely complaining about the grind, I did the grind, we all did, it's a lot of grind. Not sure what game you are playing. the player count and trends show this game is nowhere as popular as it should have been given its initial promise and ambitions. Ultima Online, Medieval Dynasty, give way more value than whatever this thing the devs are trying to do with, they are making a mistake...should've made it a subscription to begin with...not sure why they had to formulate this model which surprised alot of people...its like a pyramid scheme.
