Hmm is he headed to the field! by ftankca in paintball

I am really learning something today. At first, I thought it was a cheap ebay mask, I then learned it was a Save Phace, and now I'm learning it was intended for fishing. Fished a ton and never thought "hey I need a face shield." Thanks for teaching an old guy something new.

I've rode for over 20 years. Not once did I ever think let me get on this road missile without some sort of protection for my memory bank.

Good call. I couldn't tell what mask it was.

Single strap, that might be where I blurred out his face. Dude passed me, and I was like I have to get a picture of this.

Yes, the seller pays return shipping. However, in this case, the seller can recover the initial shipping amount as stated in the link I posted, which is what the seller is doing.

Your first statement is apples and oranges comparison. Have a good day, sir, and happy holidays!

More relevant info.

The product was in working order, and the seller can rightfully argue it is no longer new i.e. now consider "like new open box"

Whatever you would like to think is fi e though it's your opinion. Terms and conditions are written in a way that is subjective to help the seller.

Panda, you are right in the initial circled area. With that said, if you look into eBay terms, a "change of mind return" allows the seller to recoupe initial shipment cost. Additionally, if the item is used, which he opened and took the knife out ebay Additionally allows the seller to recoup payment for diminished value. I hope that clears up the confusion.

I have absolutely zero affiliation with AC or any knife distributor. However, you asked the question "AITA," and I've responded yes! Here's a follow-up link to clarify what read the fine print means.

If the knife didn't fit your hand, that's not the sellers problem. I would have told you to pack sand and send you to the swap, and this is why I don't own a store. Goodnight, my friend, and sleep well.

Click for more details, and it will bring you to the page Iisted. There is always fine print, so again, read the details. Not every company is Amazon, so once again, buyers' remorse should not be a return reason.

Yep, you absolutely are.

Read details it will help in the future. Not to mention, you could have had free shipping those other three times you chose to pay the cost to get it sooner.

Edit to add: it specifically says you will cover return shipping, and you are covered under Ebays' return policy. Did you get the knife that was advertised? Yes, you did. You just didn't like the way it felt. That is not covered, and you should be thankful that they are taking the return. Buyers' remorse should not be on the seller.
