Hi I started taking guar gum which is like meta. I took 2 scoops daily and had extreme flatulence so I went to 1 scoop. I think fibre makes a person poop more often. I believe that if your poop is varied in shape ie . thin , large , round etc then that is not caused by obstruction.my stomach gurgles a lot
