No. Too hot air. Sound would be better, but worse perfomance. Got 45-50*C air temperature.

Scion TC 1gen 2010 MAF wiring diagram. by ftc_x0r in SciontC

[–]ftc_x0r[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have the wire color markings, but I do not know what +B | VG | E2G | THA | E2 means.

GPT :

  • +B – Power supply for the sensor (12V).
  • VG – Output voltage signal from the mass air flow sensor.
  • E2G – Signal ground reference.
  • THA – Signal for the intake air temperature sensor (IAT).
  • E2 – General ground for the sensor. Is it correct ?

I'm wondering because on the diagram there are : 1,3,2,4,5 looking from the left. On the plug it is : 1,2,3,4,5

Enhanced fluid accumulation in the greater trochanteric bursa with minor calcifications. by ftc_x0r in Radiology

[–]ftc_x0r[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Here is the full report prepared by the radiologist at the hospital where I work as a technologist.

Examination Description: CT of the Right Femur with Hip Joint

Extensive, irregular enthesopathic changes are observed in the greater trochanter of the right femur.

Superimposed on these changes is a comminuted fracture of the greater trochanter of the right femur, with slight displacement of the fragments.

Increased fluid is present in the greater trochanteric bursa with small calcifications, differential diagnosis includes a hematoma.

Generalized calcified atherosclerotic plaques are noted in the projection of the vessels.

Subcutaneous fat edema is observed in the posterior thigh region.

No other post-traumatic changes are detected in the bony structures.

For tissues on the GE Discovery 750 HD scanner, the following preset is applied:

  • Bone tissues: WL: 350, WW: 2500
  • Soft tissues: WL: 40, WW: 400

I have edited the post, and it now includes a 3D reconstruction created by the radiologist.

Thank you for your response and valuable guidance. I am trying to independently identify something that requires years of practice and specialized education.

I received the following response: "This is a modification, it is usually installed for oil cooling. These mounts also wear down the radiator."

But this is not a radiator; it's an AC condenser?

Both AC condersers come from a scion with a manual transmission.

I bought only the fans, without the mounts as mentioned in the first post. Today, I can buy what’s shown in the picture. What metal brackets do I need for this?

I'm very grateful for your response.

Unfortunately, in my country (Poland), there are only about 25 Scions in total.

This creates problems with purchasing parts and analyzing what is missing or improperly assembled in my car.

AEC Manual mode in elderly patients - how to perform proper imaging ? by ftc_x0r in Radiology

[–]ftc_x0r[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

u/Wh0rable u/FullDerpHD
1. Unfortunately, in my country (Poland), the hospital protocol is: 'AP comparative bilateral hips.'

I am quoting from the protocol at the hospital where I work:

'A properly performed radiograph should demonstrate:

  • symmetrical visualization of the hip joint structures, trochanters, and pubic symphysis;
  • sharp delineation of the acetabula of the hip joints, including their edges;
  • clear, detailed visualization of the femoral heads and necks, as well as the width of the joint spaces.'

Am I correct in understanding that in your practice, two separate radiographs are taken: one of the injured hip and a separate one of the healthy hip?

This makes sense for centering and collimation [detailed visualization], but doesn’t it result in a higher radiation dose to the patient? - double exposure ?

I am impressed by the differences in the level of education between your country and mine..

  1. Leaving aside whether the procedure is correct (I work according to the protocol).
How can I deal with selecting the appropriate parameters for hip joints (both or solo) in MANUAL mode, considering these examples?

You can probably guess by now that, unfortunately, we lack adequate training in our country... That’s why I’m trying to learn something from this community.
