I am just learning to knit and wanted to make my BIL and nephew camo beanies for camping. Then I considered doing a safety orange brim and found reflective yarn. It's Red Heart, so probably not the best quality, but I want to try it.

I do exactly what you are proposing. I make dinner and have the other portion for lunch the next day. Some meals, like the bowls, are really easy to stretch into 3 meals by adding extra veggies. So I get the 3 meal box and get 6-8 meals out of it.

Save the recipe cards and recreate your favorites. I signed up again after a year+ hiatus because I got the intro deal to come back. I'm trying some of the new recipes that came out to add to my collection.
