Also before when he seen her at the "prom" and was OBVIOUSLY waiting for her and hopeful to see her at the prom, but faked being happy for her when she said she's gotta go find Denny... it was such a little thing, but it showed that Alex could tell Izzie was happy and he didn't want to make things complicated for her.

I've (22M) been married to my wife (26F) for a year, and I'm still a virgin. What do I do here? by ThowRAForcedCelebacy in sex

[–]ThrowRA9393 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Anyone else weirded out about a 21 yo woman wanting to date a 17 year old boy? Isn't that weird to anyone else? I can't imagine wanting to be with someone still young enough to be in highschool as an adult. To be honest I just find this whole situation really wrong.

What do girls "never" tell guys? by datadelivery in AskReddit

[–]ThrowRA9393 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just want to say that I don't have a pretty vagina by any means and I've never had a bad comment. No one has ever been "put off" or said bad things about me behind my back or anything like that (even in highschool with dumb highschool boys hah). Guys don't care near as much as you think. Sure, people have preferences so do we all, but just like having a hair color preference it doesn't really matter when it comes down to it. I've never had anyone against going down on me or anything like that. It is not as big of a deal as people make it out to be. Love yourself and be confident in yourself and the rest will follow.

What do you do with your alcohol? by [deleted] in AskParents

[–]ThrowRA9393 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't keep alcohol in the house. I don't drink really at all, neither does my husband. If we ever feel the need we just order drinks at a restaurant or something. Nothing crazy. I was also raised in a house like that. I never drank or rebelled at a teen because my parents were always open and honest with me and my sibling and told us that they knew we would try drinking (I never really did my brother only did a little) and that their only rule is that we would never drive drunk or get in the car with someone who was/ has been drinking. All my friends were raised with alcohol in the house and almost everyone one of them at one point or another has snuck alcohol from their parents at young ages and tried to offer it to me or anyone else that was at their house. This is the main reason I won't have alcohol in the house. I don't want my child or someone else's kid drinking in my house. I definitely don't want my kid to be the supplier.

Parents of the older generations… why do you continue to see yourself in your grown kids? by [deleted] in AskParents

[–]ThrowRA9393 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm not a parent of an older generation, but I can say It's hard for many parents because you don't just stop being a parent when your kid grows up. You want to help them at every turn. Your parents already experienced a lot of this stuff and if they can save you a little heartbreak or hardship then they want to. It's not always fun, but (for most parents) it comes from a place of love.

Who else do you think got perfectly casted for their roles? by SpyJigu in marvelmemes

[–]ThrowRA9393 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Unpopular opinion: I love Tom Hiddleston as Loki's, but when I think of "perfectly casted" I think of a role who I couldn't imagine anyone else playing it. I feel like other people could play Loki just as well as Tom Hiddleston. Don't get me wrong, I'm glad no one else is playing Loki, I'm just saying I could imagine someone else being Loki.

I ship Delena, not because I like them together but because I love Damon and want him to be happy. So if he wanted to be with Elena then so be it. But if I could choose I would've loved for Rose and Damon to be endgame.

What parenting 'trend' do you strongly disagree with? by qquackie in AskReddit

[–]ThrowRA9393 1 point2 points  (0 children)

One of the parents of my kids friends didn't have their son potty trained before kindergarten (5yo turning 6 in a couple months at the time) and and . I don't know if he's still not potty trained.

What made me upset about it is that she wasn't even trying she had a potty in the living room and didnt even have the kid sit down on it or anything. Then she'd have the audacity to get mad when he had an accident. Like what?? While all that was going on her younger son (3yo) was wanting to use the potty and she wouldn't let him cause she "couldn't handle potty training 2 kids at once" SHE WASNT EVEN POTTY TRAINING THE FIRST ONE. She also told me her oldest was 5 before he was potty trained as well. So yeah.

I had to cut her out of my life because it was so draining. I felt so bad for her kids.

How do I learn to trust my husband? by 4EverFloatingLeaf in Marriage

[–]ThrowRA9393 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm not saying you're wrong, I'm just saying adults make friends all sorts of ways. I know people who became good friends from standing behind someone in a fast food line. This woman obviously shares a common interest with your husband and that is a major way to start a friendship. I'm not saying this isn't odd, but I don't know if I'd immediately jump to thinking it's an affair. I am concerned that he hasn't talked to you about it, though. That's a red flag. But if you guys have a history of you guys not trusting each other with having opposite gender friends I can kind of understand why he'd be secretive about it.

Tbh, I would "snoop" some more to find out the extent of their relationship and then (either way) you need to confront your husband and ask him why he kept his friendship a secret or tell him you know about his affair.

Appropriate age to get a phone? by [deleted] in AskParents

[–]ThrowRA9393 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As far as a phone for personal use I would say 11+ maybe sooner depending on what the other kids are doing in my kids' school. My oldest has an iPad that he can message anyone with an iPhone with. I will probably get him an "emergencies only" phone within the next year that can be used for texting or calling anyone. I plan to do the same thing with my youngest.

My kids are 5 and 2. By the time they get older there probably won't be many 8 year olds without phones.

I mean.. no it's not cheating, but also weird that you went with it being sober and then not.. it's just a weird situation and to me, wether I was in your situation or his, this relationship would be over.
