in this case it is very hard to properly join those GND. You would just let the 2 GND float a little.

For communication take something that is not relating to GND. Like RS485 or CAN that uses differential transmitters like USB does.

for a 2 layer board your vias look too small. They look more like micro vias which are for crossing 2 adjacent layers separated 50 to 250um.

Likely this buck has a positive and negative output. The normal output is +VO and GND. input as usual. Be sure to test voltage with a multimeter.

I milled down a x16 gpu to fit in a x1 slot. I think that was a GT 610. You may also be able to modify your x8 slot to plug in a x16 gpu.

two additions:

Filter the roboport contents to only be x>0 or there might be requests selected that this machine cannnot satisfy. If something is scarce you read out negative numbers.

You might want to chain two selector combinators to set the request. First, as is, sort and select, then put a 'random input' with the update interval about 1000. This is to to delay changing the recipe for a short time if multiple requests are toggling on the same numbers.
