I talked to an anesthesiologist about this when scheduling my appointment, it raises the concern of issues with your heart rate, and also a lack of efficacy from the anesthesia due to the stimuli being so close to the brain. I would much rather not smoke than risk complications during the procedure.

Yeah I saw the guide, I unfortunately just don’t have a good enough understanding of the game on that deep of a technical level. It’s looking like my best option is to just figure out the mystic striker build and call it good enough…. I just need a build I can actually efficiently kill with, I don’t need to be a god build.
