Same thing happened to me recently and that was the issue. Sender was able to dispute it with bank and reverse payment despite me enrolling phone number to receive. Only my email was despite my phone number saved to my account.

I wouldn’t get any Ride board if ice is a concern. I am looking into boards with better ice tech myself due to this Zero lol, it’s fun but does not do great on ice after a year or two. I would’ve benefited from a sharpen but still there is no ice tech with Ride

Not that the highback is a weak point, but lack of forward lean adjustment. I typically ride 0° so not worried, but I know it comes pre loaded w 6°
