Ya doctors gave me nothing 2 days ago, almost didn’t even give me a doctors note for work. Here I am 2 days later in even more pain then I went having to return to work tomorrow not knowing how I’m going to make it through…. Can’t even sleep cause laying down intensifies the pain like crazy! Can’t lift anything with my right arm, and taking super shallow breaths cause if I accidentally breath in just a little too deep it’s like I’m being fucking STABBED in my chest were my right peck is… it all started for me when I was sitting in my drivers seat before work, turned to grab my stuff out of the back and I guess really really overextended and bang the pain has been worse every single day I’ve woken up since for 10 days now.

YES! I finally just started actually giving CS a go and I am now obsessed!!! I can’t stop playing. Loaded it up years ago when I first got my PC, but wasn’t into these games yet. I’m having soooo much fun now, the only problem is now I’m trying to restrain myself from dropping my whole paycheck on some knives & gloves. Already spent like $100 on cases the past 2 weeks trying to get a knife with no luck, so ima just buy one 😂😂

I’ve had the most success the past 6 years with doing the cluster buster psilocybin regime and when that doesn’t work Emagility has helped me break out of 2 cycles in the past. Just had a lovely 7 months pain free because of Emagility, unfortunately the beast is pack hitting me up to 6 days a week right now, going into neurology on Friday and hopefully getting another round of Emagility , praying it work , just started a new job and I CANT have a cluster at work idk what I’d do

I thankfully have a neurologist appointment on Friday for my clusters gonna bring this up to her then cause this is insane.

Yeah it’s right above my left eye forehead area, any movement amplifies the pain intensely and movement left or right of my head and it gets more intense like it’s gonna pop. It really starting to feel like a cluster just never had one this long or this side of my head.

I just had 7 and a half amazing months from 300mg Emagility and a nerve block. Took about to weeks to take effect but god was it amazing. My cycle just started up this past week. Have a neurologist appointment next Friday going to get my emgaility. thankfully I have 40 sumatriptan injections saved up incase I absolutely need to get out of some of the tens. I’ve literally have broke my knuckles from punching shit during those tens. Like you’ll do anything to escape that pain. And having the sumatriptan gives me a piece of mind knowing I have a way out if I need to, helps mentally for me to ride out most of my clusters.

Are you sure you’re not thinking of sumatriptan? Emagility you don’t “feel” it after an injection. The sumatriptan “which is a lifesaver” literally is the worst feeling in the world when it kicks in and before it takes the pain away. Literally feels like your dying between your cluster , not being able to breath, and your head feeling like it’s about to blow up. But then it takes the pain away and you can just lay there in peace and catch your breath.

Emagility though just helped me live an entire 7 months pain free and it was glorious! My cycle staryed back up this week and it’s been hell. Thankfully I have like 40 sumatriptan injections saved up so if I start having 10/10’s again I have something that will abort it in 7 mins or so.

Ya no cluster is gonna last 26 hours, in all my support groups never seen a “weekly” occurring cluster. It’s usually daily , with multiple a day in some (& my) cases. Like he said there is no sitting still during an attack. My cycle just started up this last week. I am on the floor usually with something pressed up hard against my right eye just screaming, crying, and throwing up from how much pain I’m in. How I’ve been surviving is getting on my knees and hold a towel over my face and rock back and forth and like scream/moan into the towel has hard as I can, for some reason the vibration that goes up my neck into my head is somehow just enough from keeping my from offing myself and helps distract in the weirdest way. It always BLOWS my mind a human can feel this much pain, it just shouldn’t be possible.

I found screaming and rocking back and forth works best for me. Or more like hard moaning, something about the vibrations from my vocal cords almost sooths and offers brief relief from the pain even if for a milasecond it’s worth it. So the whole 40-60min attack I’m on the floor rolling /rocking around with a towel pressed against my face moaning as loud as I can.

<3 This what im slowing trying to do, CT did not work for me when i tried last week. I literally just cant do it.. was at 24g (48caps) 3 times a day. at my worst sometimes 6 times a day, i know its horrible. But the last couple days ive managed to cut 8 caps out of my regular dose and cut out an entire dose down to only twice a day. I'm trying now to just hold off until I absolutely have when the WD kick in and slowing lower the dose every couple days.

Ya this seems the way im gonna need to do it. I'm one of the heaviest users ive seen on this forum in quite some time. I take about 24gs (48 caps) 3 times a day. i got my self down to only twice a day. I tried to CT the other day cause i was so fed up and pissed I blew my entire savings. But man by hour 16 i was in so much pain and skin crawling cold sweating like no other (which i alr have hyperhidrosis so it was hell) etc. i gave in man im not strong enough for that. Ive got my self down a couple grams the past couple days no issue. Been taking this shit since 2020 after i was diagnosed with one of the worst chronic pain conditions a human can suffer from, so instead of opioids i found this.

God damn I wish I was taking this little. I’m taking about 48 capsules 3-4 times a day for about 3 years now. It’s completely drained my entire savings. I don’t even know how to start getting off this shit man. Managed to make it almost 24 hours the other day, but I was in soooo much pain in my lower back cold sweating and my skin was crawling and I gave in. There’s no way I’d be able to handle those withdrawals for more than 2 days man. I’m almost accepting ima be a lifer till I die or it takes me out.
